How much does tiling cost per square meter in Lebanon?

Labor is priced per square meter and depends on tile size, pattern and substrate condition; large-format and diagonal layouts cost more. After a quick inspection you get a fixed written price covering preparation, laying and grouting.

Can you polish existing marble instead of replacing it?

Usually yes. Grinding, polishing and crystallization bring back the shine and remove most scratches and stains at a fraction of replacement cost. We will tell you honestly if the marble is too worn.

How long does tiling a room take?

A typical room takes 2 to 4 days including preparation and grouting; bathrooms take longer because of waterproofing and cuts. The quotation includes a firm timeline.

Do you supply the tiles or do I buy them?

Either way works. We can supply porcelain, ceramic, marble and stone at quoted prices, or lay tiles you have already bought. We tell you the required quantities including cutting waste.

My tiles sound hollow. Is that a problem?

Hollow-sounding tiles indicate failed adhesion and will eventually crack or lift. Localized re-fixing is often possible if caught early; we inspect and quote only what actually needs redoing.
