How much do concrete or civil works cost in Lebanon?
It depends on scope and access, so we start with a free site visit and give you a written fixed quotation. Small structural repairs are priced per job; larger works are priced per square meter with materials specified. The price you approve is the price you pay.
Do you work with our engineer and drawings?
Yes. We execute to your engineer's specifications and drawings, and coordinate supervision visits. If you do not have an engineer yet, we can recommend what your project needs before you commit.
Can you do demolition inside an occupied building?
Yes. We do controlled demolition with floor and lift protection, dust control and daily debris removal, scheduled around the building's quiet hours.
How long does block work or plastering take?
A typical apartment partition takes 1 to 3 days including finishing. Plastering is usually quoted and scheduled per room; we give you a firm timeline in the quotation.
